No, when I do "sudo udevadm trigger -s input", my touchpad settings work just
fine, so I'm not sure whether https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=450528 is
actually a duplicate of the issues dealt with here..
Is there anything I could do to help elucidating what the problem is in my case
(as described in the other bug report, my problem is that touchpad settings are
kind of "un-applied" after a restart although they are kind of remembered, so I
have to manually go to the touchpad settings and hit apply there, after which
everything works as expected).
