Discover opens but can't find Okular.

Discover opens and displays Okular.
as a fallback, maybe we should look for the other version too (with or without
.desktop on the end) if going to one doesn't find anything.
This issue causes the button on https://apps.kde.org/okular to not work
properly in Discover.
