Circle on the close button on the libadwaita app.
SUMMARY
Remove the circle drawn on the "close" button, this happens on libadwaita apps
Not exactly a bug but a request to remove the circle drawn on the libadwaita
app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a libadwaita app
2. Close button has a circle drawn over it
OBSERVED RESULT
Circle drawn on the close button
EXPECTED RESULT
Close button should be a "X" because Newer versions of Plasma no longer has the
circle drawn like that by default.
