SUMMARY
After 2weeks I tryed updating KDE via GUI and after restart got into login
loop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Before was installed openSUSE
2.Istall KDE neon using for a bit
3. Update via gui
4. Restart computer
OBSERVED RESULT
When inserting Password went back to password screen
EXPECTED RESULT
