You are using Dynamic Disc on D:\ which Kdenlive can't detect.
Dynamic Disc is depreciated by Microsoft
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/fileio/basic-and-dynamic-disks
) and you should convert it back to basic disc
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-dynamic-disk-back-to-a-basic-disk).
