STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on copy to clipboard on new screenshot capture
2. Disable notification popup for spectacle in plasma event manager
3. Take a rectangle screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
Whole screen logs for a second or two and then when everything is back to
normal, Spectacle's captured screenshot isn't copied to clipboard.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should have copied the rectangular screenshot I took with respect to the
settings I used.
