Also reflinks and hardlinks can make multiple equally-sized files that take up
zero space on disk because they overlap with the blocks of another file.  

Also sparse files with holes in them, where long stretches of 0 are not
actually stored on disk.

Also btrfs supports compression of file blocks, etc.
