STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Simply open dolphin.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin opens up after almost 5-6 seconds. Also after 4-5 seconds only window
decorations show up and transparent dolphin background.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should open immediately.
