According to the error messages in the MySQL log, there is a serious error in the MySQL server's own administration table. The MySQL server crashes on startup. The cause? Could be a bug in MariaDB or a hard drive issue. Be sure to check the drive for errors. You will have to start with a completely new MySQL server.
