I am currently using Kubunu Jammy but this happens in Neon too. However if I install gnome-control-center and try to add the OVPN file, it's imported with sucess. Then I am able to connect using plasma-nm applet. But when I tried to add the ovpn over systemsettings5 -> Connections no way!
