When I choosing the new Wallpaper Type in Desktop Settings, configuration
resets to ZEROS, because values from main.xml and
~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc aren't read.
This bug isn't presented in Plasmashell 5.5.3, but 5.7.3 affected
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go To the Desktop Settings
2. Choose "Plain Color" and get random color for Desktop Wallpaper
3. Push the "Apply" button
4. Switch Wallpaper Type to the "Slideshow"
5. Push the "Apply" button
6. Switch to the "Plain Color"
7. Now "Plain Color" button is BLACK
