SUMMARY
It seems the menu bar in Haruna is some custom thing that isn't recognized as a
normal menu bar which can be moved when using a global menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use global menu.
2. Run Haruna.
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu is attached to the Haruna window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should be at the global menu.
