It's already possible to browse the KDE download archive (and download files)
via HTTPS, however, everything is shown as plain Apache directories with no
styling.
Example: https://files.kde.org/neon/images/neon-useredition/current/
It should look the same as
http://files.kde.org/neon/images/neon-useredition/current/
Once this is implemented, projects can use the HTTPS links by default.
