STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a location and/or other settings for the Weather Report widget
2. Configure the System Tray and from Entries, disable the Weather Widget
3. Re-enable the Weather Widget
OBSERVED RESULT
`?` icon in the System Tray for the Weather Report widget, and "Please
configure" tooltip.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Weather Report widget should remember its settings.
