The title says it all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a document and import images using 'Insert as New Layer' and 'Insert as
New File Layer'.
2. Close the document.
3. See the 'Recent Documets' section on the start screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The images you imported are listed there as individual documents.
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't be there, imo.
