I have the same, since the last few weeks, probably since the upgrade, Falkon
cannot start. Sometimes a window shows up for a fraction of a second. Error
message in console:
WebEngineContext used before QtWebEngine::initialize() or OpenGL context
creation failed.
QGLXContext: Failed to create dummy context
Failed to load python support plugin "Cannot load library
/usr/lib/qt/plugins/falkon/PyFalkon.so:
(libpyside2.cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so.5.15: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory)"

There is no 'libpyside2' on the system and no
'cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so.5' but lots of
'cpython-310-x86_64-linux-gnu.so'
After pyside2 is installed the same behaviour produces this error:
