I will add that to reproduce the bug, it is possible to apply "Flatten" both
for an animated layer with a transformation mask and for a layer with an
established "layer style" (for example, drop shadow), the main condition
initiating the bug is that different frames with an alpha channel should have
different variants of the areas involved by the image. Artifacts appear in
areas unused in the current frame, but used in other frames of this animated
layer, or in other words, outside the "redrawing area" of the current frame.
The bug can be stopped if you align the size of the frames in advance, or by
applying effects that will expand the frames to the size of the canvas
(probably the frame will expand to the size of the effect mask)
