Plasma shell crashed on me when I clicked safely remove to remove a thumbstick. 
I previously formatted the USB drive using ventoy and copied several ISO files
onto the drive.  I was adding images during a 10-15 minute window and did
safely remove the drive before without issues. 

I managed to capture the crash with debug symbols - see attached. Happened on
wayland but unsure if this is wayland specific.
