For Plasma Vaults? Sure, I agree.

But the reason this is getting "out of scope" is because trying to resolve the
issue around a KDE-specific technology (Plasma Vaults) affects users *without*
Plasma Vaults. We use LUKS on external media and/or secondary drives. (LUKS is
desktop-agnostic.)

So I circle back around to this point, which I believe will *immediately*
resolve one of the most impactful regressions from these recent changes to KDE:
