STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just draw and use Ctrl+Z to work
2. At some point it stops working Zooming, moving a layer and Pop-up Palette
3. To make everything work again, use Ctrl + Z about 4-5 times
EXPECTED RESULT
You can use Ctrl + Z as much as you want and there are no problems
