STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some overlapping windows
2. Click 'Minimize all' twice
3. Observe window order messed up
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows are placed in the wrong order (e.g. window that was behind another
window is restored in front of that window)
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows are restored in the right order
