TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Make the window small enough that the sidepanel (on the left side)
transforms into bottom menu
3. Click search button
OBSERVED RESULT
The search bar(middle) and the menu bar (right side) go out of layout (they are
not on the same height as the drawer button on the left).
EXPECTED RESULT
They shouldn't go out of the layout and over a couple of pixel of the list view
where programs are listed.
