Sometimes one wants to open the File Manager from the Open dialog.
This works here for kate, kwrite, etc - but not in Okular.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> Open
2. Right click -> Open in File Manager
Actual Results:
Strange dialog pops up (see attachment).
Expected Results:
File Manager opens at given location
