Before https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/2279 was merged, a
four-finger upward swipe on the touchpad opened the Overview effect, and a
four-finger downward swipe on the touchpad opened Present Windows.
Now that https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/2279 has been
merged, a four-finger upward swipe activates Present Windows, and the ability
to open the Overview with a touchpad gesture has been lost.
We should keep it so that a four-finger swipe up opens Overview.
And IMO four-finger swipe down should activate Show Desktop, since it's the
opposite of showing the overview:
- four finger swipe up -> show all windows
- four finger swipe down-> show no windows
