Doesn't use identity.kde.org.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Join bugs.kde.org.
2. Join identity.kde.org (and other KDE site) w/same email address.
3. Doesn't combine accounts.
OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't combine accounts (still use different passwords.)
EXPECTED RESULT
Should combine KDE accounts (some others may not either--perhaps forum, maybe
others...)
