STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open FireFox on Wayland (native)
2. Add some search field next to the address bar
3. Type some text into it
4. Hover the mouse over the icons of the search providers in the selection
panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Most of the time the expected tooltip is not shown, but the panel flickers and
appears for a fraction of the second in the upper left corner of the Firefox
window (not screen!).
