That just re-pops the message:
Cannot find python3, please install it on your system.

Is there a tool to verify - reinstall python + dependencies for Windows 7?
I did all the installs via Powershell, I see Python 3.8 in my programs list ,
but maybe something went wrong.
Although I didn't get any error during installing, and "pip check" reports back
unbroken...
