Simply having plasma-framework installed breaks running qmlplugindump on kde
modules such as org.kde.kirigami or org.kde.kcm:
$ qmlplugindump org.kde.kirigami 2.5
[...]
file:///loaddependencies.qml:24:1: module "org.kde.plasma.plasmoid" is not
installed
$ echo $?
3
This breaks, in particular, cmake detection of QML modules, which uses
qmlplugindump internally.
