I want the ability to lock widgets and make the cursor not change into a
different cursor when hovering over it.
This is just more aesthetically pleasing imo. Especially when using
non-interactable widgets, since for non interactable widgets, the cursor
changes to a grabbing icon but clicking or dragging does nothing (unless you
are in edit mode)
The locking could be done on a widget by widget basis (and unlockable in edit
menu) Or just having an option to lock all widgets altogether. (and unlock in
edit menu)
