STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. KDE neon Unstable Edition live media 20220515
2. Go to Appearance settings -> Colors and for the "Use accent color" setting
choose "From current wallpaper", from the default value "From current color
scheme". For the sake of the example, from color scheme is light blue, from
wallpaper is orange.
3. Apply
4. Now click the "Defaults" button
5. Apply
OBSERVED RESULT
The radio button still shows "From current wallpaper" as the current setting,
although the accent color is correctly reverted to light blue, so the internal
state is actually correct, just the UI for the radio button is not refreshed
(proof of this is also that the Default button becomes inactive).
EXPECTED RESULT
On top of the actual accent color being reverted to light blue (i.e. from color
scheme), the radio button state should also reflect this, and be updated to
select "From current color scheme"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Closing the System Settings window or moving to any other settings panel and
then back to Colors will force a refresh/recomputation of the value of the
radio button, making the glitch not visible any longer.
This only affects the new option for From current wallpaper. Radio button state
is properly updated in UI for the other two options, From current color scheme
and in case of manual user selection (predefined color palette/RGB).
