When I reconnect, the panels for my 2nd monitor don't appear. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Unplug the 2nd display 2. Plug back in OBSERVED RESULT I checked on the Display Configuration settings and when I unplug my monitor, I still see my external monitor remain connected. When I plug back in, I lose my panels. EXPECTED RESULT External display should be disconnected and shouldn't remain in Display Configuration settings Panels for my 2nd display should reappear when connected. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.15.0-30-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz Memory: 15.3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics ADDITIONAL INFORMATION My laptop, 4th generation ThinkPad X1 Yoga, is plugged to a USB-C dock. HDMI KVM switch is connected to the dock via DP Alt mode. My external monitor is connected by an HDMI KVM switch My HDMI KVM switch disconnects the display when it switches to another computer (pretty much unplugging the display).
