The right-click desktop context menu no longer contains the power option.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on an empty area of the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
The desktop context menu is displayed. The power option to
Restart/Shutdown/Logoff is missing
EXPECTED RESULT
The desktop context menu is displayed and includes the power option to
Restart/Shutdown/Logoff. This was the behaviour pre 5.24.90
