When invoking overview effect (or window view) without plasmashell running,
there are severe rendering artifacts in the background where the desktop window
is supposed to be
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kquitapp5 plasmashell
2. Invoke Overview effect
OBSERVED RESULT
Background isn't repainted properly
EXPECTED RESULT
Background is solid black or something
