STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start an X11 desktop with two virtual desktops and configure for auto
session management
2. Start system monitor on desktop 2
3. Logout/in
OBSERVED RESULT
System monitor is launched on desktop 1
EXPECTED RESULT
System monitor launched on the desktop it was on when I logged out

I'm using X11. Session management on Wayland seems to be broken atm
I have no special Window or Application Settings
I have tried many other apps, and they all start on the desktop they were on
when I logged out.
