Package titles in the middle column have no top padding
SUMMARY
When in three column mode (categories, package list, package info), the title
of the packages in the list don't have any top padding, which makes it
inconsistent with the rest of the UI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open discover
2. Select a package
3. Package titles in the middle column will have no padding
