I can reproduce the issue. Text copied outside of the color picker cannot be
pasted into it. I can copy a color code from one part of the dialog and paste
it into the text field in another part of the dialog, though.
However pasting text in the color dialog that was added to the clipboard
outside of it workd for the dialog in Kolourpaint, so it seems to be specific
to the color dialog for this particular wallpaper plugin.
