STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Zoom in with Meta+plus key
2. Return to default zoom level with Meta+0
3. Move the cursor a tiny bit
OBSERVED RESULT
The whole screen starts to flicker. Hitting Meta+minus key stops it
EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering
