STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Don't click on anything and just look at the "Most Use Pages" on the first
page
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Most Used Pages:" show "Energy Saving"
EXPECTED RESULT
To show "None" or nothing.
Maybe even to not display the "Most Used Pages:" itself as it's pointless if
it's the first time I'm opening it
