If we did this, then anytime you have both Dolphin and Nautilus installed, your
application menu would have two apps named "Files". That wouldn't be great.
KDE apps already list their descriptions. For example Gwenview has text beside
it that says "KDE image viewer". Did yo not notice this? Or you did notice it,
but it wasn't enough?
