            Bug ID: 454580
Summary: Persistent message to download face recognition on
                    startup
           Product: digikam
           Version: 7.6.0
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Faces-Recognition
          Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: 4ero...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Everytime I open Digikam I'm prompted to download large binaries files in order
to use face recognition.

The 2 choices are: "download" and "cancel".

I don't want face recognition and I couldn't find a way to turn it off in the
settings.

How about an additional option, like: "disable face recognition" or "don't ask
me again" ?
