[neon] [Bug 454661] (KDE Neon Unstable) on bash, "apt list | grep virtualbox" and virtualbox is listed as a package. however, searching "virtualbox" on Discover yields no result.

This is a Neon packaging decision. Neon wants you to get your non-KDE as from
Snap and Flatpak sources, not the distro repos.
