SUMMARY
The "submit issues" button in the Settings links to the repo's issue tracker,
instead of Bugzilla.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> About NeoChat
2. Click on the "Submit issues" button
OBSERVED RESULT
I get linked to `https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/issues
EXPECTED RESULT
I should get linked to `https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?product=NeoChat` or
similar instead.
