After installing debug packages, DrKonqi does not reload the backtrace
automatically. The text under the backtrace hints at existence of a "Reload"
button, and I remember it being there in the past, but it's not there anymore.
Navigating back and forward in the page stack doesn't force the backtrace to
reload either.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Crash something to get the DrKonqi window
2. Get to the backtrace stage with missing debug symbols
3. Install them
OBSERVED RESULT
No way to get the backtrace to reload
EXPECTED RESULT
The backtrace reloads automatically after successful package installation, or
at least provides me with a button to do so.
