SUMMARY
The side bar state should get remembered. I personally like to disable it, but
need to sometime resize the window, in which case it then suddenly appears
again, without me wanting it to appear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have neochat in "wide mode" and click on a room.
2. Click on the "hide side bar" button
3. Resize neochat to go to "thin mode" and then back to "wide mode"
OBSERVED RESULT
The side bar appears again.
EXPECTED RESULT
The side bar should stay hidden.
