SUMMARY
When launching the overview using the keyboard shortcut, windows are organized
by virtual desktop, and desktops are shown at the top of the screen. When using
the overview gesture (4-finger swipe), windows from all desktops are shown
together and there is no desktop picker.

Behaviour differs depending on how the overview is launched

Same overview regardless of launch method
