Video showing the animation of hovering on KDE Plasma 5.20, unfortunately the
video framerate got lowered during conversion.
SUMMARY
Between KDE Plasma 5.20 and 5.21, the Breeze Window Decoration used to have an
animation for hovering on the buttons, however since then that animation has
vanished.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Simply hover between the window's buttons, you will note that there is no
hovering animation for it.
OBSERVED RESULT
No animations on hovering in the buttons.
EXPECTED RESULT
An transition animation between active and inactive states on those buttons.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
