Nate Graham <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO Status|REPORTED |NEEDSINFO CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #1 from Nate Graham <[email protected]> --- I'm a bit confused. You say: > Did an Arch update (sudo pacman -Syu) then turned off my laptop and went > outside. When I > came home and powered on my laptop almost all of my KDE settings were > gone/reset to default But then: > 1. Make changes to settings like wallpaper, Dolphin, icon only task manager > placement, add icons, widgets > 2. Force kwin or xwayland to crash 3. upon getting logged back in or rebooting your settings may be reset to default/deleted. So which is it? Did this issue happen after you turned on the computer following a seemingly successful update, or a KWin crash? Or an XWayland crash? Those are all different things. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
