SUMMARY
When mousing over an application in the Application Dashboard it no longer has
a hovered background when the mouse is over it to show you which application is
currently highlighted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Dashboard
2. Hover over an application
3. No highlighted background
OBSERVED RESULT
No background on application icons when they're hovered over
EXPECTED RESULT
Applications should have a background when the mouse is over them
