SUMMARY
Yesterday moved to plasma from gnome. Last time I used, there was no such a
problem. Moving windows with meta+mouse resize it also. I added a video to show
it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any app
2. Move it with meta key + mouse drag
OBSERVED RESULT
While moving window, it's also getting resized randomly
EXPECTED RESULT
Move without resize
