SUMMARY
With previous versions, windows would reopen on the same desktop they were open
on previously. After updating to 5.25 however, the all open on desktop 1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some windows open on a desktop other than the first
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
The windows are reopened on desktop 1
EXPECTED RESULT
The windows are reopened on the same desktop they were on previously
